MK 502: EFFECTIVE  BUSINESS  PRESENTATIONS (FOR MIM-32)
Another Introductory Course for MIM-32 commencing in late April - early May 2018 is MK 502: Effective Business Presentations.  The course will be conducted during April 30 - May 6, 2018.  Students attending this course will be split into two main groups in order to maximize the knowledge gained from the course and be able to practice the communication skills the course will offer.  This course is one of the three introductory courses and is compulsory and will prepare students to organize and manage information and make effective business presentations.  It also trains students about effective handling of Question and Answer sessions.  Lectures are supplemented with practice presentations.  Improvement is measured and documented through specialized rubrics and individualized student feedback.
This course will be taught by Professor Dr. Lynda M. Maddox the Professor of Marketing at George Washington University, U.S.A.  Lynda has earned both her bachelor and master's degree from Pennsylvania State University and a PhD from Southern Illinois University.  Her area of expertise is: Advertising, Marketing Communications, Internet Marketing and Advertising, Consumer Behavior, Pharmaceutical Marketing, Focus Group Moderation and Training.
 
Dr. Maddox has published in numerous professional and scholarly journals, including The Journal of Advertising Research, The Journal of Pharmaceutical Marketing, The Journal of Product and Brand Management, Journalism Quarterly, Business Journal, Current Issues and Research in Advertising, and Marketing News.  She has appeared on CNN, CNNfn, Good Morning America, and on Fox, ABC and NBC News.
Dr. Maddox serves on the Academic Committee of the American Advertising Federation.  She is also a member of the American Marketing Association and the American Academy of Advertising.  Lynda is one of longest-serving professors at MIM as she has been teaching at MIM since MIM-3.

An Interview with CNN by Krating Poonpol (MIM-14)
One of the most notable and successful MIM alumni who has jostled promising startups in Thailand should be no other man than Krating (Ruangroj) Poonpol.
This course is divided into two parts.  The first part will be taught during May 8-20, 2018 by Professor Dr. Paul G. Patterson who is a Professor of Marketing at the Australian School of Business, University of New South Wales, Australia.
MK 615 is divided into two parts.  Part I of the course will be taught by Professor Dr. Malcolm C. Smith who is Head of the Department of Marketing at the University of Manitoba’s I.H. Asper School of Business, Canada.
