28/2/2018
MK 501: LEADERSHIP AND BUILDING HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAMS (FOR MIM-32)
The first Introductory Course for MIM-32 is MK 501:  Leadership and Building High Performance Teams which will be conducted by Mr. Bill Randall from Pacific Agri Capital Limited, Singapore, also Adjunct Professor at Thammasat Business School, during March 15-18, 2018 with the kick-off session being held on March 13.  This course is generally known as the "Team Building Workshop" and will be held at Rayong Resort and on Sa-med Island in Rayong province.
The course addresses leadership and team building skills by defining and developing excellent team behaviour, participating in team decision making, developing and identifying each student's leadership characteristics, learning to facilitate a team in creating powerful results, and providing practice in the productive management of potential conflicts among team members in a high-pressure environment.  Through an understanding of their own leadership styles, students will have the ability to dramatically impact and build high-performance teams, critical to the success of organizations.
This course needs a lot of support from selected MIM alumni agents who will be assisting and guiding their "junior MIMers" throughout the 3-night-and-4-day event which is the most looking-forward-to by alumni and new students each year.
